One woman was found dead as fire crews battled a two-alarm blaze in Yaletown Wednesday night.
Firefighters were called to the 1000-block of Marinaside Crescent at around 11:30 Wednesday night. Crews arrived on scene to find heavy smoke coming from a single suite and an initial search team located the deceased woman.
The fire was contained to the one suite. Investigators have determined it was accidental.
