麻豆传媒映画police are looking for witnesses after a 59-year-old man died last night.
Around 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, the man was near the intersection of Kingsway and St. Catherines Street. Investigators believe he was crossing Kingsway when he was struck by a westbound car, according to a press release from the 麻豆传媒映画Police Department (VPD).
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The driver remained at the scene and police don't believe speed or alcohol were a factor in the incident. Investigators are still working to determine what happened though.
Therefore they're asking witnesses and anyone who may have footage of the area via a dashcam to contact them. The VPD's collision investigation unit can be contacted at 604-717-3012.
