A 60-year-old man was found dead inside a Downtown Eastside apartment building.
The man was found inside a building on East Hastings near Carrall Street on Nov. 20 and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Police Department's (VPD) Homicide Unit identified him as Joseph Kelly.
VPD is investigating and no arrests have been made.
There have been 12 homicides to date in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»this year.
