Sizzlin' hot: It's going to feel as hot as Los Angeles in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­this week

The Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­weather forecast has temperatures similar to California starting on July 11, 2022. Environment Canada updates the summer forecast.
Vancouverites won't have to travel outside of the country to enjoy some vacation weather this week. 

Starting on Monday, July 11, the Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­weather forecast includes temperatures rising up to 24 C on the coast and up to 30 C inland. However, these temperatures will feel more like 28 C and 33 C with humidity.

Vancouver's toasty temperatures will compare with popular hot spots south of the border to kick off the week. According to Weather.com, Los Angeles and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­will see daily highs of 27 C on Monday. 

Heading into Tuesday, locals can expect similar hot weather, with Environment Canada calling for a high of 23 C on the coast and an inland high of 29 C. Temperatures will feel as toasty as Monday's with humidity, however.

Wednesday is expected to see slightly cooler weather with a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 22 C.

The bright sunshine is expected to return Thursday and the forecast includes an inland high of 26 C.
