The clear skies aren't expected to last long, with Thursday's forecast calling for periods of rain throughout the day. Friday is also expected to be wet during the day with skies clearing overnight. 

Locals looking for some dry weather may have a sunny reprieve over the weekend. That said, precipitation is difficult to forecast several days in advance.
