The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»weather foreacast calls for some frigid daily lows as well as another dumping of snow tonight.
Environment Canada notes that the city will see a low of -5°C on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the morning, however, the wind chill will make temperatures feel closer to -14. And while the morning forecast calls for a 60% chance of flurries, the evening is expected to see snowfall. Accumulations of 5 to 10 cm are expected by Wednesday morning, and a few additional centimetres are expected to fall during the day Wednesday.
A third system, associated with a deep offshore low, is on the horizon for Wednesday night. A fair degree of uncertainty exists regarding its impact upon the south coast. The mainland coast may see some snowfall, however, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Island may see a considerable amount of snow as outflow winds increase with the passage of this system.
Snowfall is expected to continue until Friday, and then the weekend forecast calls for rainfall.
