If you see a baby seal, don't let your dog play with it.
That's one of the tips from the Marine Mammal Rescue . Maybe it seems obvious, but they have a few others as well.
Perhaps more useful is the reminder not to feed a baby seal or take it out of the water.
And while all the other tips are things you shouldn't do, they do have one you should do.
"Stay back, don't touch, call marine mammal rescue," they write.
That's what Efrain Solis did a few weeks ago after finding a three-day old seal pup on Acadia Beach. Now the litle seal, named Acadia, is and going to fish school.
