The Trump name has officially been removed from its resting place on a statuesque Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»hotel for roughly the past four years
The sign for the Trump Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»tower was unveiled just in time for the inauguration of the former president on Jan. 20, 2017.
But the unveiling was not welcome news to some Vancouverites. There were multiple on a Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»building, with many multiple people citing his racist and hateful remarks.
Now, however, the divisive tycoon's name has been removed from the hotel, which officially closed in August 2020.

The Holborn Group is the parent company that owns the former Trump International Hotel.
The Trump International Hotel and Tower in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»accounted for almost one-third of police calls to luxury downtown hotels in 2017-18, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Police Department statistics show.
