Three people are facing theft charges after allegedly stealing $6,000 worth of clothing in downtown Vancouver.
The incident happened Monday, Feb. 5 at the Robson Street Lululemon, according to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Police Department (VPD).
"A known shoplifter and a couple of his friends returned to a Robson Street retailer on Monday and stole over $6,000 in merchandise before fleeing in a taxi," states the VPD in a social media post.
Police were able to locate the cab, arrest the trio, and recover the items.
The three have each been charged with theft over $5,000, VPD spokesperson Sgt. Steve Addison tells Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³». The stolen merchandise has been returned to the Lululemon store.
Rocky Grey, Brandy Shingoose and Gary Shingoose are facing charges related to the incident.
