With average rents in Vancouver still sitting at almost $2,900 for an unfurnished 1-bedroom apartment in the city's downtown, those seeking cheap rent in the core are left with few options.
Among those options is this absolutely tiny space, currently on the market for $700. In it's referred to as a den, but it's essentially a large closet with some built-in shelving. With a twin bed in the room, the door can't be opened all the way.
It also appears the apartment's breaker box sits on one wall.
The rest of the apartment, located in one of the residential towers next to BC Place, appears to be relatively standard. The ad notes it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms but doesn't state how many roommates there are (though they are all women).
