Up in the hills near Capilano Lake lies one of the newest, and most expensive, houses in Metro Vancouver.
The $16.9-million property at goes beyond the usual aspects of luxury. Sure, it's got six bedrooms and, for some reason, 11 bathrooms. And sure, it's got a home theatre, a fitness area and a three-car garage.

Oh, and there's the infinity pool outside with a jaw-dropping view of the city.
And a top-level fireside terrace with Cabana and a putting green.
Just entering the house sounds like an experience.
"Enter into an impressive grande marble reception area with handcrafted three-level circular staircase featuring a 32-foot crystal chandelier," writes real estate agent Malcolm Hasman on the YouTube video.
While some homes in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»have an interesting history, this one doesn't as much. It's been on the market for 13 days after being built last year.
