One winner has come forward to claim one of the 10 Concert of a Lifetime $25,000 cash prizes, making them one of the lucky few entered into the Grand Prize draw for what all signs point to being a suite to see Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert at BC Place.
The ticket was bought at one of the Chevron Town Pantry stores in Surrey and claimed earlier this month.
With that win, they picked up a $25,000 prize and entry into the draw for a suite for them and 13 of their friends at a major concert this year at BC Place.
While BC Lottery Corp (BCLC) doesn't outright say Taylor Swift and The Eras Tour, the fine print indicates the event is Dec. 6, 2024, which happens to be the first of the music superstar's three Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»shows.
While one Concert of a Lifetime "Golden Ticket" is gone, there are still nine others somewhere in B.C.
The new BCLC scratch-and-win ticket, which costs $25 apiece, will get 10 people a cash prize of $25,000 each. Of those 10 winners from around the province, "The Lucky One" will be chosen by draw as the winner of the concert suite for an "enchanted" experience of a lifetime.
Of course, it's a scratch-and-win, so all sorts of other lower-denomination cash prizes are also possible to win with the tickets.
Tickets are selling rapidly, and only 250,000 tickets were issued province-wide. Many retailers are continuing to replenish their stock.
The tickets are being sold all around the province at retailers who sell BC Lotto and you have to be 19 to play.
