Significant road closures and restrictions around Richmond Olympic Oval have been announced for Const. Shaelyn Yang's funeral tomorrow.
Roads on both sides of the Fraser River near the YVR South Terminal will be affected from approximately 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The following roads will be affected:
- Cessna Drive;
- Russ Baker Way will be down to one lane in each direction between Cessna Drive (the BCIT campus) and Inglis Drive (the YVR South Terminal access);
- Full lane closure on the Dinsmore Bridge
- All roads between and including No. 2 Road and Gilbert Road, north of Westminster Hwy will also be affected.

The YVR South Terminal will still be accessible, but travellers are advised to plan ahead for unexpected delays due to traffic congestion in the area. Parking near Templeton SkyTrain Station may also be affected.
that first responders attending Const. Yang's funeral can travel for free on Nov. 1, 2 and 3.
The ceremonial procession and regimental funeral will be tomorrow from around 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
