Rain and showers next week to end Vancouver's sunny streak

Environment Canada's forecast for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­on Nov. 19-25 calls for a week of rain and chances of showers.

Vancouver's sunny streak is about to end.

Last week saw sunshine and a chance of snowfall, and many even woke up to an epic blanket of fog, but the dry weather forecast is expected to turn into rain over the weekend. 

Environment Canada predicts rain to start Sunday (Nov. 20) evening, with rain and chances of showers throughout the rest of the week. 

Sunday's high of six degrees and sun and clouds will turn into chances of showers in the evening, carrying over to rain and a high of seven degrees on Monday (Nov. 21). 

Tuesday (Nov. 22) and Wednesday will be slightly warmer with a high of nine and 10 degrees and chances of showers. Thursday (Nov. 24) will see full-fledged rain and a high of nine degrees. 

Next week's weather forecast ends with a high of nine degrees and clouds with a 60 per cent chance of showers on Friday (Nov. 25).
