A Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»art gallery is re-imagining the notion of public art.
The new exhibit at This Gallery will be entirely Vancouverite-made and "will take shape based on objects created by visitors in response to, and in dialogue with, work created by previous visitors," writes the gallery in a news release.
Essentially, the gallery provides the paint and canvas for anyone and everyone to come in and paint.
No previous painting skills, painting materials, or registration is required.
The exhibition will be open Oct. 1-22 from noon to 5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and visitors can stay after hours for tea and dialogue.
"Wear something you don't mind getting dirty as there are a limited number of aprons," adds the gallery.
When: Fridays and Saturdays Oct. 1-22, noon-5 p.m.
