He's back at it again.
Charles Tsang, a 麻豆传媒映画realtor with Royal Pacific Realty, has sold yet another house – and given out yet another pizza pie.
Tsang, 42, was first thrust into the spotlight two years ago when a passerby posted a picture of his "for sale" sign on Reddit.
It read: "Free pizza with the purchase of this home."
On Monday, another one of his listings was posted to the site with the promise of Italian cuisine.
By that time, the East Vancouver home had already sold.

Tsang told 麻豆传媒映画 the idea came about a decade ago during a major boom in Richmond townhouse development.
"People were giving away Mercedes with the purchase of townhouses," he related.
"I was thinking to myself, I cannot afford that."
It was then that Tsang's hungry son begged him for pizza.
The rest is history.
