"The first natural timber frame red and yellow cedar wood castle on earth."

A spectacular world-class wilderness resort has hit the market in Northern B.C., and it's selling for less than some (though not many) houses in Vancouver.

The is an award-winning on the Skeena River. Hidden amid the forest near the banks of the river, the resort is built out of massive cedar logs, creating a huge log cabin.

"The first natural timber frame red and yellow cedar wood castle on earth," reads the resort's tagline.

The massive trees used for the structure were hand-selected. It was constructed by Pioneer Log Homes and featured on the when it was built in 2017. The resort building has also been featured on other shows and magazine articles and was named the top wilderness hotel in Canada.

With eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, it offers fishing, wilderness experiences and privacy.

It's currently on the market for $21.5 million, which would make it an expensive home in Vancouver, but wouldn't crack on the real estate market right now.

While it is remote compared to Vancouver, it's actually located just off Highway 16. According to Google Maps, Little Wolf Lodge is about a 14-hour drive from the city.
