A wine bar, a salt wall, and a turf zone are included.

Some gyms include massage chairs or healthy snacks in the vending machine, but one gym opening up soon in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­will have lots of extra perks.

, which brands itself as a wellness and social club, is a Canadian chain of fitness centers with locations in Toronto and Winnipeg. They're opening a new location in the new building at 425 West 6th.

“Altea Active is not a gym,” says Altea's co-founder and COO Michael Nolan in a press release. “It’s a social wellness experience."

He notes that it offers a variety of premium services; one of those services in Altea's Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­location will be Catalyst Cafe and Wine Bar, where wine and wellness will meet.

The facility will include six "boutique fitness studios" over 43,000 square feet; there's even a of the space. Along with the more traditional parts of a gym (like strength training and stationary cycling) it'll include anti-gravity fitness, a turf zone, and a meditation lounge with "its own Himalayan salt wall." Renderings also show a kids' area.

The press release also notes more than 200 jobs are opening up at their Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­location.
