Photos: Thin Point Grey house hits the market for $2.2 million

It's less than 17 feet wide.

To get across this house, it's just a hop, skip and a jump.

Actually, that would be wildly overdoing it. A skip would probably be more than enough. Long jumpers would be able to clear the property (if there was nothing on it), with several feet to spare on each side.

What we're saying is it's narrow. At 16.5 feet, it's one of a handful of lots that's half-sized, literally. Most residential lots in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»are 33 feet across.

That didn't stop people from building a . The three-storey home has lots of two things: outside space and stairs.

It should be noted here that because the property is only 16.5 feet wide, the interior of the house is less than that, given that the walls take up space.

While the house is skinny, there are still lots of rooms (just not wide ones). The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home also has a sizable kitchen, dining area and a few multipurpose areas.

Outside, there's a rooftop deck with a view of the water, along with a large back patio and deck just above.

While it's one of the smallest lots in the city, the price tag isn't tiny. The asking price right now is $2.2 million. That's actually up from last year when it was listed at $1.98 million.
