The Penthouse has entered the "Gulf of" debate.
Vancouver's famous strip club is hinting the body of water should be renamed the "Gulf of Canada" following Canada's 4 Nations Face-off championship on Thursday, Feb. 20.
Connor McDavid scored the overtime-winning goal against the U.S. to lift the Canadians to a 3-2 victory in the first best-on-best men's hockey tournament since 2016.

The game was likely politically charged given U.S. President Donald Trump's ongoing comments on making Canada the 51st state.
But there's been no shortage of jabs at Trump's plans and executive orders since he took office, particularly those aimed at his renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America."
"The Gulf of Canada has a nice ring," reads The Penthouse's marquee today.
On the other side, Penthouse makes a reference to the apparel it now sells in connection to a previous sign of theirs sprung by the 51st state debate.
"Ironically, we sell clothes now."
Those include hoodies and shirts with the marquee and words "Forever Neighbours, Never Neighbors."
It reinforces the idea that Canada and the U.S. should be friendly to each other by using the Canadian and American spelling of the word "neighbours."
