Nicholson Road is an ongoing photo project aimed at sharing and celebrating the different communities in Metro Vancouver. Each week Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» will be featuring an image from the previous week, shot in one of the many 'hoods around town in order to draw your attention a little bit outside of the hyper-focus that we usually have on the City of Vancouver. |

And a few laneway homes. Neat fact: While Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is currently at around 100 laneway homes, Surrey has over 700 of them - though some of the designs might not be quite as elaborate as many of the ones popping up in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»;)
Welcome to East Clayton, population density: 7,000 people per square kilometre. The average density in the city of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is around 5650/km². Keep in mind we're still in a suburban context here, so it'll take a while for anything outside of Vancity to catch up with the West End's 21,800/km²!
