According to Environment Canada's weekly forecast, it looks like this week will offer the first toasty temperatures in the Lower Mainland, particularly inland.
While Tuesday (May 31) is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud throughout the day, temperatures are expected to reach 18°C on the coast and 22°C inland; the evening forecast includes an overnight low of 12°C with some cloudy periods.
Temperatures are expected to see a toasty change Wednesday, with the national forecaster calling for a high of 21°C on the coast and a 26°C inland. However, temperatures will feel more like 28°C with humidity. The overnight low is expected to dip down to 13°C.
Thursday's forecast includes a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 19°C with some rain overnight. The wet weather is expected to continue from Friday Through Wednesday, with daily highs averaging 18°C and overnight lows averaging between 11°C and 13°C.
