An independent movie spot in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is playing a large lineup of spooky movies leading up to Halloween.
Rio Theatre is calling the festival “Scream Month" – it includes classic films Beetlejuice, Hocus Pocus, Ghostbusters, Young Frankenstein, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and more.
"Escape the nightmare, come see a movie," a sign on the Commercial-area theatre reads.
On Oct. 18 and 23, The Nightmare Before Christmas is planned to take over the big screen.

COVID-19 health protocols will be in place, including mandatory face mask-wearing for moviegoers not seated inside of the theatre.
To stave off the spread of the virus, aisle seats are no longer permitted for use. Moviegoers are asked to sit at least three seats away from those not in their viewing group.
Due to the venue’s reduced capacity, advance tickets are recommended for showings.
