Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is soon to welcome another fitness studio.
The city is synonymous with an active lifestyle and, whether it's a gym or an inclusive, trauma-informed movement space, places to get a workout in are abundant.
Even the popular spin studio chain, SoulCycle, once had a location in Vancouver. It was based in Yaletown but closed in 2020, officially leaving Canada. Now, a former SoulCycle instructor and one of Vancouver's most well-known fitness personalities, Daniela Dib, is opening her own spin studio in Vancouver.
The new Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»spin studio, , opens on Sept. 24 at 806 Homer St in the heart of Vancouver.
Dib rode to the top of the Canadian spin industry and built a loyal digital following through her high-spirited workouts and inspirational coaching. With a background in ballet, Dib playfully integrates spin and dance into her classes and makes fitness approachable and entertaining.
Her new space will offer a range of classes in sessions ranging from 45 minutes to an hour long. Led by a team of instructors and Dib herself, the workouts combine cardio, resistance training, upper body strength with weights, and interval rhythmic cycling.
"The motivational interludes from instructors, electrifying playlists and nightclub atmosphere are guaranteed to keep legs pumping," reads a news release about the new studio.
"We truly want you to come party with us on a bike!" adds Dib.
