A body has been found on King George Boulevard in the Newton area of Surrey.
RCMP say they discovered the body just before 12:30 p.m.
Police remain on scene on the 6500 block of King George Blvd.
While a cause of death has not been confirmed, police say it appears the death was not suspicious. The BC Coroners Service will be conducting an investigation.
Surrey RCMP have not released any further details.
