The 2020 Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»snowstorm caused commuter mayhem on Wednesday, Jan. 15, and a number of locals decided to stay home. However, they didn't all stay inside.
Over the past few days, social media has been flooded with images of the fresh snowfall, and a number of people have shared snaps of their snow creations. Ranging from hand-sized miniatures to towering behemoths, snowpeople to snow-dogs, snow teddy bears to snow-vegans, Vancouver has flexed its frosty creativity.

Despite the dry snow, these Brazilian students managed to build this snowman in Emery Barnes park. A passing chef donated the carrot and potatoes and we added the hat, scarf, and gluten-free crackers for buttons. Very Vancouver!
