After 70 years in business, family-run outdoor equipment store 3 Vets closed its doors for good in December 2017.

Since then, the building on 2200 Yukon St. has sat dormant while a聽聽for a four-storey project featuring light industrial use on the first and second storeys and general office use on the remaining floors worked its way through the maze of city planning bureaucracy.
