By now you've probably heard about internet sensation Emma Chamberlain's go-to outfit when it's hot outside: a long black skirt, scrunched-up socks, loafers, and a plain white tank top. TikTok has gone crazy with people of different body types and style aesthetics trying out the fit and it does, in fact, look good on everyone.

It's also an incredibly versatile and chic combination that could fit from one context to another like going to work or spending the afternoon at a winery. The only problem is that everyone is wearing it. It's the Internet's worst kept secret. So if you're planning a trip to the B.C. interior or popping by a vineyard on Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Island these outfit suggestions will help you stay cool, keep comfortable, and look fabulous.

There are practical considerations to a vineyard visit, you'll most likely be walking around so stilettos aren't a good idea and there might be mosquitoes or other bugs so too much-exposed skin could be a risk. But it will also be hot and you don't want to be sweltering in a long-sleeved shirt and jeans. We have rounded up some creative solutions to all these concerns and ensured everything looks effortlessly put together and stylish.

You can't go wrong with a jumpsuit

I'm no Emma Chamberlain, but my go-to outfit has always been a jumpsuit. I'm a certified lazy girl so an all-in-one instant ensemble is ideal in my opinion. They also work well for vineyards because there are so many options out there that are pretty and flattering but with long flowy wide-legged pants that will keep you cool and free from bug bites.

with a bow accent and fun print is perfectly casual and wearable on its own and can be jazzed up with accessories like a denim jacket worn over the shoulders and some more formal sunglasses and layered jewellery or dressed down with a pair of sneakers. I'd usually opt for white but overall that's a colour to avoid at a vineyard since there tends to be fine dust and dirt that gets kicked up when you walk.

There's also that comes in either pink, green, or black and is extremely flattering with the thick high waistband, bow effect best, and keyhole front. And obviously, Smash + Tess is always an option but I would go with for a vineyard, it's more wearable outdoors.

Opt for matching sets

Another option for an easy outfit is a matching set either with either pants or a long skirt. It's an opportunity to play around with colour and pattern since monochromatic looks are very in right now. The individual pieces can also be paired with other basics in your closet so the investment in a set pays off when you can make several other outfits with it.

My favourite place to shop for matching sets is Reformation because even though they're based in the U.S. they don't charge duty and standard shipping is free. is absolutely darling but the skirt is short so if you're worried about bugs I would opt for  (although it's actually linen) skirt and tank combo or this set that is giving major Italian summer vibes. This is also beautiful, especially with the headscarf.

For the girlies who prefer to wear pants, that are also . , , and also stock matching shirts and pants but don't sell them as sets which offers the benefit of easy sizing if your top and bottom are different sizes but it can be difficult to match up the products if one is sold out either online or in-store. In some cases, it can also be pricier.

Cottagecore photographs beautifully in a vineyard

Cottagecore dresses were made for running through fields and a vineyard is close enough. Just like a jumpsuit a maxi dress can be styled up or down and is a good fit for almost any weather since the fall in wine country can be unpredictable. I have a full list of summer dresses here but for more transitional pieces I would look for thicker fabrics that are loose.

Cottagecore style dresses tend to work for that in-between period and you can see a full rundown here.

The Lastest Scoop is one of my favourite places to shop because they get new seasonal styles in all the time and so many of them you can't find anywhere else (incidentally that featured in a ). For a vineyard go for a midi or maxi dress with half sleeves like one of these floral wrap dresses in or . There's also this with a keyhole back and a small cut-out in the front.

For something less girly and floral I would go for that could be cinched at the waist with a belt or styled with a crossbody fannypack for a street-style look. And if that's too casual, is the same outfit in a different font.

Any basic look is elevated with accessories

No matter what you end up wearing, even if it's a T-shirt and jeans, it can always be styled with jewellery, hats, sunglasses, and a fun bag to make it look like more of a considered outfit.

The difference between influencers posing on social media and us getting ready in the morning is context and details. They know how to pose and edit to make their outfits look good but they also spend time on little details like layering different styles of chain necklaces, adding a belt, and cuffing their jeans or sleeves to appear more tailored.

Chose durable materials like leather and opt for junkier jewellery if you're heading out for a day where you'll be on the move and could potentially damage your clothes. And invest in pieces that are well made that you can wear again and again in different ways and different scenarios. A two-piece set, jumpsuit, or dress is just the base of the outfit, how you style it determines the final result and can say a lot about your personal style.
