Built in 1929, this building in Mount Pleasant is , as it has some architectural significance. 

"Simon Fraser School Annex (1929) at 123 East 6th Avenue, designed by Henry Walter Postle, has architectural merit as an intact example of institutional Arts & Craft-style architecture, as expressed in a two-storey form with paired gabled dormers and its quintessential half-timbering detailing on stucco and wood frame," notes Heritage Vancouver.

Unfortunately, its future has been the subject of some debate in recent years, as it sits on city-owned land that has been rezoned to increase density.

The Annex was slated to be relocated and a will be built behind it, set to open in 2025.
