I know, I know... I keep photos of and in the middle of downtown Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»in our ongoing stream of archival photo posts. I simply cannot get over the fact that there were trees the height of some of the towers that are now rooted in place, and I want to continue to remind you of that history. Also loved getting their photos shot with fallen trees in the 1800's, almost as a form of entertainment, so there's no lack of these in the City of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Archives. Ha!
This one was located on Georgia Street, and the photo was shot in 1886. Insane.
