A large group of men gather in Victory Square to protest rising unemployment rates during the Great Depression. Fortunately for its citizens, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»actually had the lowest cost of living among Canadian cities at the time. This photo was taken 84 years ago in July 1932.
