Eric Nicol
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Playhouse presented its first original Canadian play in 1965, Eric Nicol’s Like Father, Like Fun. It told of a crass lumber baron’s attempt to contrive his son’s initiation to sex. It was a success here and was taken to Broadway in 1967 with a new title: A Minor Adjustment. It was not successful there, but Nicol, unbowed, even had fun with that misfortune.
