A 40-year-old man is wanted by B.C. police after recently failing to comply with his probation.
And he has a history in the Tri-Cities as he was once charged for motor vehicle theft in Port Coquitlam.
Last week, Allan Rusk was added to Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»Crime Stoppers' "most wanted" list after he breached his probation conditions out of Chilliwack.
A warrant was officially issued for his arrest on Sept. 27.
According to B.C. , Rusk was found guilty for stealing a vehicle out of Port Coquitlam in June 2015 — two months after the crime was committed on April 5, 2015.
Police were granted an arrest warrant for Rusk four days after the offence and he was later charged two counts of theft.
