A Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»man released on bail after allegedly assaulting three police officers in April has been accused of doing a similar thing in May.

Johnson Anh Nguyen appeared before Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»provincial court Judge Ellen Gordon June 8 on four charges of assaulting a police officer and one of obstructing a police officer.

Court documents sworn April 2 allege Nguyen, 31, assaulted two Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»officers April 1.

He was released on bail April 3 with conditions, including staying away from Second Beach and the two officers except in the conduct of their duties.

Records also show Nguyen consented to psychiatric treatment or assessment.

Court documents sworn May 24 allege that, on May 23, Nguyen threatened with a weapon two other police officers and obstructed a third.

Conditions imposed May 24 again said he was to stay away from Second Beach and to have no contact with all five officers.
