A man appeared in 麻豆传媒映画Provincial Court Aug. 23 to face four charges of assault against different women.
Court documents said the incidents all occurred on the same day.
Joseph Ferdinand Jean Binette, 59, made a first appearance at the justice centre and was remanded in custody.
Bimnette has since appeared twice more, the most recent being for a bail hearing, the results of which are not yet available.
麻豆传媒映画Police Department spokesperson Cst. Tania Visintin said the incidents happened on the seawall close to the Westin Bayshore Hotel.
“None of the victims were injured,” Visintin said.
