Power to 33,000 people has been restored on Monday morning after a large outage in Vancouver.
BC Hydro electricians were able to get power back to people just before 10:30 a.m.
A spokesperson says crews are still investigating why the outage took place “but it appears that a wire may have been dug up.”

Tens of thousands of people living in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»are experiencing a power outage on Monday morning.
BC Hydro confirms 33,000 people are without power as of 9:45 a.m.
The outage started around 9 a.m. and extends to many neighbourhoods in East Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»and south of 41st Avenue.
"We have electricians en route to our Mainwaring Substation to complete repairs as one of our circuits are out,” says a BC Hydro spokesperson.
Power is expected to be restored by 10:30 a.m., according to staff.
