A truck parked outside an Abbotsford residence was recently riddled with bullets and police are investigating it as a targeted crime.

Police were called to the 3700-block of Harwood Crescent on Oct. 29 by a resident who found that that their vehicle had been struck by "several bullets."

Police believe the incident took place between 11 p.m. on Oct. 28 and 1 a.m. on Oct. 29.

Sgt. Paul Walker says the Abbotsford Police Major Crime Unit is investigating and no one was injured during the incident.

Police are looking for dash camera footage from the area and ask that any witnesses come forward. Police can be reached at 604-869-5225.
