This species of salmon is considered by many to be the most flavourful and, luckily for us, with the run being so abundant the prices are just right pretty much everywhere you go.

  • Steveston Fisherman's Wharf

    The best place to get a whole fish right off the boat, but it's a bit of a drive. When the price is right you can get a whole one for $20 or 3 for $50. Most boats also have roe available for $5/pound.
