Back in May, as restaurants prepared to re-open with newly-implemented COVID-19 precautions in place, founders Meghan and Steve Clarke and their teams were also gearing up to launch their newest locations.
The Vancouver-based family run "cafeteria" style salad-centric Tractor is now celebrating 10 locations, having just opened the doors to their Park Royal outpost in West Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»on Monday, August 24.
The restaurant's first North Shore location follows on the heels of the opening of their first foray across the waters and in Victoria. Overall, Tractor has nine locations in B.C. and one in Toronto.
Tractor is known for its seasonally-driven menu of salads, sandwiches, soups, and bowls, available in mix-and-match combos or pre-set offerings in a counter-serve format.
For their 2,400-square-foot Park Royal South location, Tractor offers a full coffee bar with house-made artisanal baked goods, and a full-service open-concept kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for dine-in or take-out.
The 40-seat interior space is divided into two sections: the sit-down dining area and a window-side lounge. Tractor Park Royal South also boasts at 10-seat patio.
"Our team is so excited to bring our beloved Tractor concept to the North Shore," says Tractor co-founder Meghan Clarke. "We wanted to design a truly warm and inviting space that encourages guests to stay and linger - whether that's starting your day with a cappuccino and a power cookie or enjoying a healthy meal after a long afternoon of shopping."
This week, if you happen to head to the newest Tractor, you can score a $10 Avocado Bowl feature. The deal is available until Sunday, August 30, and features choice of power greens or brown rice, two market sides, and a grilled avocado half - that grilled avo is one of Tractor's most popular and signature menu items.
Tractor Everyday Healthy Foods is located at 784 Main Street in West Vancouver, and is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
