After a decade of delighting patrons with its Montreal meets New Orleans cuisine, the owners of Abbotsford's are at work at a second restaurant location to the east in Langley.
The second Brodeur's has been in the works at a new build at 86th and 204th in Langley Township, and locals have been taking note of the exterior signage announcing the restaurant's arrival.
Dishes on Brodeur's extensive menu include items like the French Quarter rolls, which are spring rolls loaded with Montreal Smoked Meat; Bayou Shrimp; Blackened Catfish; Jambalaya; Gumbo; and Montreal-Haitian Style Chicken. The restaurant is also known for its ribs and sandwiches, including several Po Boy options, as well as about two dozen side dishes.
Not much information has been shared online about the Langley Brodeur's Bistro, though an online job posting indicates the opening is anticipated for 2024.
