Downtown Langley is about to be infused with a bolt of pink and plant-power, as a brand new vegetarian/vegan café preps to open their doors.
is the project of Chaylene Liddell and Shaughnessy Otsuji, and they are on the verge of opening their doors officially at 20534 Fraser Highway.
The cafe has been in the works for some time; in the summer of 2018 Liddell and Otsuji were of the $130,000 Downtown Langley Business Association’s Start It Up Langley contest for Pinkavo.
The vegan-friendly cafe will focus on coffee and healthy eats, such as smoothie bowls, loaded toasts, and salads, and is sure to liven up Langley's food scene.
