The know how to party. The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»food business has perfected the art of celebrating one of Spain's most beloved traditional dishes, whether it be through their own long-table dinners, their hands-on workshops, or catering gatherings across the region, all focused on dishing up beautiful pans of paella with all the trimmings.
To celebrate their fifth anniversary, The Paella Guys are doing what they do best: Making paella, party-style. They are hosting three nights of a five-course, family-style format dinner, complete with live Spanish music and DJ, beer and wine, and a gin and tonic bar. Of course, paella takes centre stage, so while you are sipping and nibbling, you can also watch as Paella Guys' Chef Javier Blanc cooks a massive paella mixta from start to finish right before your eyes.
Taking place May 5, 6, and 7, the Paella Guys' anniversary dinner parties will be at The Ellis Building in Vancouver. Doors open at 6 p.m.
The Paella Guys' classes and events, like their popular run of Dine Out Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»dinner parties, often sell out, so this is another great opportunity to check out incredible authentic Spanish food in a vibrant, festive atmosphere right here in the city.
