A new, gourmet popsicle bike cart hit the streets of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»this month. The creations of are less like traditional frozen treats on a stick and more like a dessert you'd order at an upscale restaurant... if it were on a stick. To illustrate this I'd like to present this photo of a strawberry/balsamic/basil pop and an avocado/lime pop that my wife and I enjoyed this evening after dinner.
