A busy Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­pop up bakery is bringing mochi doughnuts to a new Coquitlam store this summer.

, which makes mochi donuts, brioche donuts, cream puffs and basque cheesecake out of a commissary kitchen in Vancouver, has leased a space in the City Centre neighbourhood at

The brand says it will open this summer, but it hasn't yet set a date.

Seating will be available, allowing customers to enjoy a line of drinks while watching their doughnuts get fried and glazed in the open concept kitchen.

The Tri-City News has reached out to the owners for more information about the business, which started in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­in 2021.
