Ask anyone who eats a lot of plant-based meals, and they'll probably tell you cashews are pretty versatile. So why not a whole 鶹ýӳfood truck that rolls out plant-based dishes making great use of one of our favourite nuts. The Rolling Cashew makes wraps, salads, sandwiches, and sweet treats, but be on the lookout for their Thai Cauliflower Wings. Kapow!

Mr Bannock is the project of Squamish Nation member Paul Natrall. It's Vancouver’s first food truck to showcase Indigenous cuisine, with some fusion twists. Bannock is a traditional quick bread that can be cut down or adapted into multiple forms; customers will find it as waffles, fried for a taco-style wrap, and in sweet mini bites on the Mr Bannock food truck menu.

Aloha Bowls launched in March 2018, bringing their sassy spin on vibrant healthy eats and snacks. Focused on things like smoothies, green and açai smoothie bowls, house-made granola, and healthy cookies, Aloha Bowls says their “ingredients are simple, clean and sourced from people we know and trust.” Or, to put it as simply and cheekily as they do: They “make healthy sh*t.”

"Old School Comfort Food" is on the menu at Cheezee Does It...and lots and lots of cheese. They've got everything from gooey breakfast sandwiches to mac and cheese, as well as grilled cheese sammies like The Trainwreck (melted gouda, caramelized onions, maple whiskey bacon, and BBQ sauce). Launched in September 2017, you'll find their cart at Robson and Hornby. They rock an all-day breakfast, and you can pre-order for fast pick up.

Spicy. Fried. Chicken. Sandwich. Need we say more? That decadent dish is The Frying Pan's signature item, though the Korean food truck also serves up a slew of rice bowls, too, topped with your choice of chicken, bulgogi beef, or even fried teriyaki tofu.
