Richmond's hotpot game is getting intense as a new all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant has opened inside a local mall.
ChoCho Hot Pot officially soft-opened in the former LifeLabs unit on the first floor of Aberdeen Centre.
This is the second location in Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»with the first in Burnaby.
The all-you-can-eat restaurant offers individual pots for each visitor with a choice of various broths and an extensive list of vegetables, sauces, side dishes and meat options.
ChoCho also has steamed dim sum dishes, deep-fried buns, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The list of food doesn't end there, the restaurant also has a dessert bar, a candy section and a free ice cream cone at the end of your meal.
The name of the restaurant comes from an Asian plant called "chocho" or known as chayote, a type of squash.
ChoCho Hotpot is open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Sunday during its soft-opening period at unit 1150 - 4151 Hazelbridge Way.
