Images: Growing Canadian restaurant brand announces downtown 鶹ýӳlocation

The brand is expanding to 鶹ýӳand Toronto around the same time.

A new restaurant from the group behind Craft Beer Market has been announced for Vancouver's downtown.

A Central Restaurant will be opening in the Bentall Centre at 555 Burrard St. in early 2025, as the brand has Canada-wide expansion plans.

"This will be one of three new locations for Central Restaurants opening in early 2025, promising to deliver good vibes and great times, with additional openings in Toronto and Calgary anticipated to open early next year," reads a press release about the new restaurant.

Central offers a similar style to Craft, as it sits in the premium-casual restaurant category. The ownership is promising "good vibes and great times" in a "stylish and comfortable spot for dining and socializing."

The menu aims to "please every taste."

“The response and support to our original Central location has been so incredible, we have been looking to open for a while in Vancouver, and love the location at Bentall Centre. We are excited to bring Central to the heart of Vancouver,” says Central Restaurants PJ L'Heureux.

Central's 鶹ýӳlocation will run 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., with weekend brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The new restaurant will have a substantial patio, with 2,000 sq. ft. outside, along with another 3,500 sq. ft. inside.
