When the craving for fried chicken strikes, sometimes you just have to heed the call, even if its in the middle of the night.

One growing Metro Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»fried chicken chain understands this predicament, and operates two of their locations around the clock, and one into the wee hours. Now has added a third outpost in the region to better serve your chicken needs.

Hi Five Chicken has finished setting up shop at a new location at Hastings and Warwick, just east of Holdom in North Burnaby.

This is Hi Five's second Burnaby location. The fried chicken spot, which has always operated as mostly take-out, began on Marine Drive in South Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»before adding their location on 10th Avenue in Burnaby in the fall of 2018.

At Hi Five you can order your chicken up baked or fried, spicy or regular, and with all sorts of sides, like plump potato wedges, slaw, and even deep fried mac and cheese bites. Hi Five also makes chicken strips, wings, nuggets, and chicken sandwiches, and they also offer a kids' meal. Their chicken comes in a variety of combos, too.

Their fried chicken is juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and is truly the star of the show.

Hi Five Chicken is still expanding, and has plans to add yet another Burnaby location to their roster, this one at 4361 Kingsway.

Both their locations at 203 SE Marine Drive in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»and their new one at 5933 Hastings Street in Burnaby are open 24/7. Their location at 8669 Tenth Avenue in Burnaby's Crest Plaza is open 10 a.m. to 4 a.m.
