The weather forecast is calling for some slightly cooler temperatures over the next few days, and although that might mean that it won't be ideal beach weather, fear not! This weekend will very likely be absolutely perfect for berry picking, and it just so happens to be blueberry season in beautiful British Columbia. My wife took our son and his pal out to the U-Pick at The Fruit Basket in Abbotsford recently and the crew picked about 20 pounds in the span of an hour. Here's some photos from their fruitful (er... berryful) excursion.
