We got down to BC Place for the on Saturday. It was packed with lots of folks looking for samples of food and wine/beer and many other things. For $10 we got a sheet of tasting tickets and went at it.
As we entered, we were given goody bags with a pack of multigrain french onion tortilla chips and a small bottle of Clamato juice.
People love food. One guy was describing his nachos from the night before as we stood in line for the goody bag.
This chef is so good he has a bodyguard.
Missed out on the shammy demonstration. Always love seeing how much they soak up.
The chocolate competition was intense.
Teaching Canadians how to drink? Specifically about why it is Rye Whiskey.
As seen on TV.
They still make Tupperware! We didn't sign up to host a party though.
The Watkins packaging is so elegantly utilitarian.
Some cheese was sampled.
And some fine wines. The Blue Elderberry wine from was a good size sample and very tasty.
No need for the food court for this event.
After a couple hours in BC Place, we soaked up some of the afternoon sun.
